New CD: "A Date with Jerry King & The Rivertown Ramblers"
Jerry King & The Rivertown Ramblers

...are one of the hottest and wildest traditional rockabilly bands on the scene today. Starting in 2003, the Rivertown Ramblers' popularity has quickly ascended beyond their own expectations. Though these fellas can rock with the best of them, they still show enough versatility to sing and play a ballad that would melt even the coldest heart. From wild rockabilly, to country, to late '50s pop, these boys have what's needed. The preservation of rockabilly is of the upmost importance. Jerry and his wild bunch make rockabilly as alive today as it as 50 years and have taking that act out and about to the masses.

The Ramblers are a national touring act and have shared the stage with the likes of D.F. Fontana, Scotty Moore, Roc LaRue and Dave Alvin, just to name a few. They have also appeared with many of today's stars, playing events all over the U.S.

The Rivertown Ramblers are: Jerry King (vocals and guitar), Jeremiah Brockman (upright bass), Jason Roper (lead guitar) and Dave Johnson (drums). For more information about the band and their CD. contact: veightproductions@hotmail.com.

The album will be released internationally on El Toro in June of 2006. It is available at www.rivertownramblers.com or www.eltororecords.com.
